Description
To study production capacity based on monthly volume from customer.

Technician Technical
Description

Job Purpose:
To perform troubleshooting, repair, welding and preventive maintenance on stamping dies, production machines and equipment to ensure stable production, minimize downtime, maintain product quality and support efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, welding and preventive maintenance on stamping dies, production machines, and equipment.
• Inspect, polish, repair, weld and replace worn die components to maintain tooling performance and product quality.
• Support die setup, alignment, installation, commissioning and trials for new or modified dies, machinery, and production lines.
• Monitor machine and die performance, identify issues and assist engineers in root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Carry out engineering changes and technical modifications to support production requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM) and repair records.
• Ensure all maintenance, repair and tooling activities comply with safety requirements and automotive manufacturing standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping and communicate equipment or die conditions and improvement recommendations to the Technical Engineer.

Quality Executive
Job Description

• Monitor and analyze internal and customer quality performance.
• Lead quality improvement / Kaizen and defect reduction activities.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and customer quality issues.
• Handle customer complaints, quality issues, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare quality KPI reports, management reports, and presentations.
• Conduct process and product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support new project quality activities and product/process validation.
• Support internal, customer, and IATF 16949 audits.
• Provide quality guidance and training to QC and Production teams.

Operator

Job Description

Factory hands assist machine operators and product assemblers. 
They clean the machines and the working areas. 
Factory hands make sure supplies and materials are replenished.

PMR / PT3 or Equivalent
