BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SALES & MARKETING

  1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  2. Handle and resolve client queries and complaints.
  3. Manage on time delivery to customers and meet customer date requirements.
  4. Conducting market research and updates with current trends.
  5. Manage sales admin, such as tracking the orders, processing the orders, processing the paperwork, maintaining customer data, ensuring the deliveries are on time, managing customer inquiries, scheduling the orders, summarizing the sales reports, and distributing the invoices and SOA to customers.
  6. Ensure processing the orders with the correct spec by aligning with the technical spec provided to the customer.
  7. Customer visitation/meeting.
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
  2. Two (2) years’ sales experience in a manufacturing company. Work experience in automotive will be added advantages.
  3. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Display willingness to learn, be proactive, resilient, responsible and maintain a positive attitude.

Accountancy / Finance Internship

  1. Assist in daily accounting tasks and data entry.
  2. Support month-end closing activities
  3. Help with invoice processing and document filing.
  4. Perform other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned.
  1. Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  3. Eager to learn and able to work in a team.
  4. Good attention to detail

FINANCE Executive

  1. General Corporate Transaction Management
  • Record and maintain accurate entries for daily financial transactions, such as operational expenses, vendor payments, and incoming receipts.
  • Monitor outstanding payables and receivables, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of payment or billing discrepancies.
  • Manage petty cash disbursements, ensuring proper usage, documentation, and periodic reconciliation.
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to clarify billing issues and coordinate payment schedules
  1. Financial Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support cost control and business planning.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal financial controls, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Support external audits by providing necessary documentation, when necessary.
  1. Ad Hoc Financial Support
  • Handle special financial projects as directed by the Management.
  • Support cross-functional teams with financial data and analysis, when necessary.
  1. Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  5. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Prior experience in finance or accounting roles is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to accuracy in financial reporting.

Production Control & Logistic Executive

  1. Ensure 100% on-time delivery and meet all customer requirements.
  2. Manage logistics operations efficiently with minimal cost while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
  3. Work closely with all departments to ensure that recommended safety stocks levels are maintained.
  4. Propose and implement inter-store transfers and movement of stock to achieve identified stock balance.
  5. Train Logistics personnel on their work task and deliverables.
  6. Plan/ implement material flow management systems to meet production requirement.
  7. Leads on all stock’s replenishment action plan.
  8. Maximize overall productivity and efficiency across Logistics operations, including transportation.
  1. Diploma in Logistic Management / Business Administration or relevant field.
  2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics fields within automotive manufacturing indsutry.
  3. Basic computer knowledge – Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
  4. Must have knowledge in Automobile Stamping Industry Total Logistics Operations
  5. Knowledge in Automotive Delivery Instruction Format/ Schedule, Kanban, JIT etc methodology in delivery.
  6. Must have knowledge in managing lorry drivers & outsources driver.
  7. Must have the knowledge in ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems.
