HR and Admin Junior Executive

  1. Attend and preparing documents to Socso Dept, Labour Office, Clinic / Hospitals whenever is necessary for local and foreign workers and staffs claiming matters.
  2. Attend and preparing documents regarding to foreigner’s permit / renewal, insurance, fomema, Immigration or related bodies for document submission when necessary.
  3. Assist with tenancy agreements, rental and utility issues, and maintenance for employee accommodations
  4. Prepare and ensure the orientation is carried out for the newly joined workers & staff
  5. Prepare and maintain reports related to HR and administrative functions. Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by HR and management teams.
  6. Assist and prepare in department’s KPI, ISO/IATF documentations & follow procedures.
  1. SPM or Certification / Diploma in human resources, business administration, finance or related field.
  2. Intermediate computer knowledge in MS office such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
  3. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  4. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  5. Committed to confidentiality and caring for others.

Finance Assistant Manager

  1. Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports include reconcile intercompany transaction and balance.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements.
  3. Liase with internal and external auditors related to accounting, tax and company secretary.
  4. Assist with internal reporting to the board and external stakeholder such as corporate banks and shareholders.
  5. Prepare quarterly interim report for Bursa submission.
  6. Prepare documentation and reports for board meetings, annual reports, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
  7. Review and analyze the financial performance relative to group budgets and cash flow projections.
  1. Professional ACCA, CPA , MICPA or equivalent
  2. Minimum 3 years in related field.
  3. Advance with computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
  4. Advance software knowledge in accounting / financial system.
