On July 25th, we had the privilege of hosting a Gemba visit from the PROTON team and their 1st tier from different manufacturing background at our factory. It was an incredible opportunity to showcase our best practices and demonstrate the continuous improvements we’ve implemented across our operations.
We were thrilled to share insights into our processes and learn from each other’s experiences. This visit not only strengthened our partnership but also fostered an environment of mutual growth and innovation.
